Volunteering

Mallaig Clean is a Mallaig Primary initiative that aims to promote environmental awareness and civic responsibility among the residents and visitors of Mallaig. One of the ways to do this is involving the pupils in various cleaning tasks around the town. These tasks include picking up litter, sweeping the streets, planting flowers, and recycling waste. By doing these tasks, the pupils learn about the importance of keeping their surroundings clean and healthy, as well as developing skills such as teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving.

However, we cannot do this without the help of adult volunteers who can supervise and assist the pupils in their cleaning activities. Adult volunteers play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of the pupils, as well as providing guidance and encouragement. They also serve as positive role models who can inspire the pupils to care for their environment and community.

If you are interested in becoming an adult volunteer for Mallaig Clean, please fill out the form below and submit it to us. We will contact you as soon as possible to discuss your availability and preferences.
